TruckSafe Accreditation

TruckSafe accreditation is based on a set of minimum standards Road Transport Operators should meet to enable their business to be a safe, responsible operation. For operators, accreditation shows that they are meeting their due diligence and duty of care.

For your customers, TruckSafe provides confidence that operators have responsible work practices, well maintained vehicles, healthy and trained drivers and management systems to meet their transport needs.

TruckSafe Accreditation involves conformance to 5 Key Standards, all of which are required to be part of an accredited operator's management system.

In Order to apply for TruckSafe Accreditation an operator will first need to develop a sound understanding of the TruckSafe Business Rules & Standards, Design & Implement robust policies & procedures which enable them to conform to the TruckSafe Standards and complete a TruckSafe accreditation application along with paying the applicable Application Fees. Once your application has been reviewed, TruckSafe will contact you to advise you of application Status and assign an independent Auditor to complete an Initial Entry Audit.
